Benromach – Contrasts: Organic 2015 (70cl, 46%)

Benromach Contrasts: Organic 2015 is a Speyside single malt from the distillery's Contrasts series. Benromach has produced organic whisky since 2006, and its single malt was the world's first fully certified organic Scotch, accredited by the UK Soil Association from grain to glass. This bottling was distilled in 2015, matured in first-fill virgin American oak casks and bottled in 2025 at 46%. The nose offers sweet vanilla, ripe fruit and citrus zest, with toasted malt and green apple. On the palate come soft pepper, butterscotch, ground coffee, dried banana and a subtle herbal edge. The finish is long, with aniseed and cocoa.
