An organic single malt from Benromach, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled in 2011 and matured in virgin American oak casks until 2019, using organically certified Scottish barley.
The nose is toasty oak with cinnamon and ginger, balanced by juicy apricot and white grape. The palate brings banana bread and coffee, with continued ginger heat and layers of runny caramel. The finish is subtly peppery, with a trace of floral smoke.
