Benromach Organic is a Speyside single malt distilled at Benromach in Forres from organically grown ingredients. It is bottled at 43% and comes in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky matured in new American oak casks, made with wood from a sustainably managed forest, and it keeps a light touch of peat.
On the nose there are jammy fruits, vanilla, fresh oak and gentle smoke. The palate is round, with pear, caramel, new-wood spice and malt. The finish is of medium length, with vanilla and light peat.
