Bernheim Barrel Proof is a 7 year old wheat whiskey, bottled at barrel proof. Soft winter wheat is the main grain in the recipe, and the whiskey spent seven years in new charred oak barrels.
The barrels were specially selected for the Bottle Your Own Tour at the Heaven Hill Bourbon Experience, where guests handcraft and label their own bottle to take home.
