Bernheim Original Wheat Whiskey 7 Year Old

Bernheim Original Straight Wheat Whiskey is a Kentucky small batch whiskey with a 7 year age statement. At its launch it was the first truly new variety of American straight wheat whiskey since Prohibition, created by Heaven Hill master distillers. It uses winter wheat as the primary grain in the mash bill. As a straight whiskey it was aged for a minimum of two years in new charred oak, and it contains no colouring, flavouring or blending agents. Each small batch is a dump of 100 barrels or fewer. The flavour is soft and sweet, with a medium finish.
