A bourbon-mash whiskey from Bespoken Spirits, in a 75cl bottle at 45% ABV. It is a lighter, Japanese-style variation on the maker's Original Batch, light gold in colour.
The nose is floral and fruity, with rose petal, cranberry and pineapple over a backbone of baking spice. Caramel, cocoa and lemon zest lead the palate, and the finish carries a touch of cardamom and clove.
