Bianco Chiara Aurora Poggio Scalette

A white wine from Poggio Scalette, pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. The nose offers white flowers, citrus peel, ripe pear, light herbaceous notes and a subtle mineral note. The palate is fresh, medium-bodied, with balanced acidity and pleasant sapidity; the finish is clean and persistent, with citrus and floral returns. It is intended for everyday drinking and pairs easily with fish antipasti, seafood dishes, composed salads, fresh cheeses, vegetable preparations and light dishes. It also suits an aperitif, work lunches and informal dinners among friends. Serve cold, around 8-10 °C.
