A white wine from Raccaro, made by gentle pressing, cold settling of the must, fermentation at 18-19°C, and blending of three wines the following spring. It has an intense aroma with predominant apple and yeast notes, enriched by field flowers. The natural alcohol is fairly high but balanced by acidity. It suits meditation, or dishes with mushrooms, fish, cured meats and medium-aged cheeses.
