Bianco IGP Ferentano - Cotarella

A white wine from Cotarella, made in the historic Ferentano area in the heart of Lazio, a territory suited to fresh and aromatic white wines. It uses native grape varieties, among which Malvasia and Trebbiano often stand out, and is vinified with care, with ageing in steel at controlled temperature to preserve fragrance and vivacity. In the glass it is bright straw yellow, with floral aromas and notes of white-fleshed fruit such as peach and apple, plus a light mineral note. The palate is harmonious, fresh and of good structure, suited to fish dishes, light starters and vegetable-based first courses.
