Bianco IGT "Gea" - Vigne di San Lorenzo

A modern-style white wine with a bright straw colour and greenish reflections. The nose is fragrant, with white flowers, citrus and white-fleshed fruit, plus delicate herbaceous hints. The palate is balanced and smooth, supported by lively but well-measured acidity. It finishes dry, with discreet persistence and pleasant sapidity. It suits light starters, fish dishes, grilled vegetables and fresh cheeses, and is best served cool, around 8-10 °C.
