A white IGT from Cantine del Notaio, bright and transparent in appearance. The nose is discreet, with white-fleshed fruit, floral tones, light citrus nuances and a subtle mineral note. On the palate it is slender, with balanced freshness and practically no tannins, favouring drinkability over complexity. The finish is clean and of moderate length. Served fresh, it suits light starters, unelaborated fish and fresh cheeses, and is approachable at a young age while retaining recognisable aromatic cleanliness.
