A white IGT wine made to organic specifications by Braschi. It shows a bright straw colour, with delicate aromas of white flowers, citrus and white-fleshed fruit, alongside herbaceous notes and perceptible minerality. On the palate it is balanced, with fresh acidity supporting a light to medium body, a pleasant persistence and a clean finish. Best served fresh, around 8-10 °C, it suits light dishes such as raw seafood, fish starters, salads, grilled vegetables and fresh cheeses, as well as informal everyday meals.
