A red wine with a clear ruby colour and lively reflections. The nose offers fresh red fruits, cherry and raspberry, with light herbaceous notes and a hint of sweet spice. The palate has medium body, lively acidity and present but well-integrated tannins, with a savoury, persistent finish. It is organic and suits pasta with ragù, cured meats, white meats, light roasts and medium-aged cheeses. Serve around 16-18 °C.
