Bianco IGT Sottovento - Ronchi di Castelluccio

A white wine from Ronchi di Castelluccio with a bright straw-yellow colour and greenish reflections. The nose is clean and moderately complex, with white-fleshed fruit, fresh citrus, subtle floral notes and light mineral touches. On the palate it is medium-bodied, fresh and lively, with a balance of acidity and savouriness and a flavourful finish. It suits seafood starters, raw fish, baked fish, vegetable dishes and fresh cheeses, and works as an aperitif or with informal meals. Serve slightly chilled, around 8-10 °C, in not too wide glasses.
