Bianco Rubicone Frizzante Secco Terre Forti

A lively white sparkling wine from Terre Forti, pale straw yellow with fine, continuous perlage. The nose offers fresh white flowers, citrus and a very light green apple note. The sip is dry and lean, supported by lively acidity that keeps it clean and smooth; the bubbles add pleasant lightness without weighing it down. It suits the whole meal: seafood antipasti, summer salads, not too savoury fish dishes and light fried foods, or as an aperitif. Serve well chilled, around six to eight degrees, in tulip or flute glasses to bring out the bubbles and delicate aromas.
