A white wine from Vigna Petrussa, made from a cuvée of Friulano, Malvasia Istriana, Riesling Renano and Picolit from old native vines. It is golden yellow, with a fine, persistent and harmonious nose and a soft, velvety palate with important structure and a persistent finish. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel, followed by 18 months in French oak barriques and six months in bottle. It reaches maturity after about three years and may show best between the fifth and sixth year.
