Ribolla Gialla Venezia Giulia IGT - Vigna Petrussa

A white wine made from 100% Ribolla Gialla, an indigenous grape that finds its ideal environment in the hills of Friuli. The vines root in marl sandstone known locally as Ponka, the harvest is carried out manually in crates, and soft pressing with ageing in steel preserves the freshness and clear expression of the grape. In the glass it is straw yellow with greenish reflections. The bouquet is elegant, floral and citrusy, while the palate is dry, fresh, slender and delicate, supported by pleasant acidity.
