Bib & Tucker Double Char is a six year old small-batch high-rye bourbon from Tennessee. After six years in new charred American white oak barrels, it moves into a second, heavily charred new oak barrel that has been cold-smoked with sugar maple wood for at least five months.
The nose offers white smoke, toasted oak, dulce de leche and vanilla. The palate brings sugar maple, burnt caramel, toasted cinnamon and dark chocolate. The finish is medium to long, with toasted oak, vanilla and gentle baking spices.
