Bib & Tucker Double Char is a six-year-old Tennessee straight bourbon in a 750ml bottle. It spent six years in new white American oak.
It then went into a second, heavily charred barrel for a minimum of five months and was finished with sugar maple smoke. This double-char method is what shapes the whiskey.
It is described as complex, smoky and sweet.
