Big Moustache – Tennessee Whiskey Limited Edition (50%)

Big Moustache is a Tennessee whiskey bottled at 100 proof, from a first release of 580 cases drawn from 14 hand-selected barrels. The mash bill is 80% corn, 10% rye and 10% malted barley, fermented for three days. The new-make is filtered over sugar maple charcoal, then aged for a minimum of 48 months in new American oak barrels. It is not chill-filtered and has natural colour, a dark copper. The nose is smoky, with vanilla and cedar. The palate is aromatic, full-bodied, rich and powerful, and the finish is very long.
