Big Peat Boulevardier is a ready-mixed cocktail from the Big Peat brand, bottled at 29.5% vol. It is a small batch release of 450 bottles.
The cocktail has been aged in a single ex-Big Peat Islay cask, which is what ties this classic Boulevardier to the Islay whisky behind the brand. It is a take on the well-known cocktail, with sweet peat smoke alongside a tangy, bitter character.
