Big Peat Christmas Edition 2023 is a blended malt from Douglas Laing, bottled at a cask strength of 54.8%. It is bottled without chill-filtration or added colour, in keeping with the Douglas Laing family's belief that whisky should be offered as natural as it gets. The notes begin with dried fruit, cocoa and spiced oak, followed by candied peel, Hebridean sea air and Big Peat's signature peat.
