Big Smoke is a heavily peated blended malt Scotch whisky, made from a selection of Islay and Island single malts and bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered.
Each of the malts was matured to bring out the fullest peat character.
The nose is bonfire smoke with sea spray, damp earth and a little charred citrus peel. On the palate, thick, oily smoke comes with briny salt, peppery spice and a touch of malt sweetness. The finish is long, smoky and slightly medicinal.
