Big Stick Semper Fi Bourbon

Semper Fi is a bourbon from Big Stick Spirits, and it is bottled with a stick inside, a system the brand says keeps working on the flavour while the whiskey sits in the bottle. The colour is a rich golden brown. The nose brings dried orange with Meyer lemon zest, alongside wet clay, forest floor, vanilla bean and toasted meringue. On the palate there is honeycomb and warm woody notes, with sweet orange blossom, quince and blanched almonds.
