This Bimber is a single cask malt from the London distillery, made exclusively for the German market. It was released for the 50th anniversary of Kirsch Import at Whisky Live Germany 2026.
It matured for ten years, from 2016 to 2026, in an ex-bourbon cask, number 74. Bottling strength is 57% ABV, with no added colouring and no chill-filtration. The release comes to 251 bottles, each in a 70cl size.
