Bimber – Ex-Bourbon Cask Small Batch 4 (51.2%)

Bimber Ex-Bourbon Cask Small Batch 4 is a single malt bottled at 51.2% ABV from a small batch matured in ex-bourbon casks. The American white oak, Quercus Alba, brings out the fruitier side of the whisky and adds soft, rich flavours of vanilla and caramel, balanced by a touch of spice. The distillery grows its own barley, floor-malts it, mills it by hand and ferments it for seven days in wooden washbacks. Small copper stills heated by direct fire complete the process.
