Bimber Nicolaus The Inventor is a single cask single malt from the Bimber Distillery in London, released for the German market as part of the Shoulders of Giants series. The series is dedicated to important figures from history, and this bottling pays tribute to the inventor Nicolaus Otto. The whisky matured entirely in Oloroso sherry cask 446 and was bottled at 57.9% ABV, without colouring or chill filtration. Just 297 bottles were filled.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
