Bimber – Single Malt Ex-Bourbon Oak Casks Batch No. 2 (52.2%)

Bimber Single Malt Ex-Bourbon Oak Casks Batch No. 2 comes from the Bimber distillery in London and is bottled at 52.2%. It was matured in used American oak casks that previously held bourbon, and 2950 bottles were produced. The bourbon oak is said to complement Bimber's fruity character, adding a rich, sweet flavour of vanilla and caramel. It is described as an intense, fruity whisky in good balance.
