Bimber – Single Malt Ex-Rye Oak Cask Denmark Edition (58.5%)

This is a single cask single malt from the Bimber distillery in London, England, bottled as the Denmark Edition. It was matured in an American oak cask that previously held American rye whiskey. It is bottled at a cask strength of 58.5%, without added colour or water and without chill-filtering. The fruity Bimber spirit meets the spice of the rye cask, and the result is described as full-bodied, spicy and sweet, with fruit notes leading.
