Bingham's Bourbon Black is a Texas straight bourbon bottled at 47% ABV and hand-selected by the singer-songwriter Ryan Bingham. It is distilled, aged and bottled in Texas, and is certified as a Texas whiskey.
It is made from Texas-grown corn, rye and barley and aged in new charred oak barrels. The label is black and white, with a skull in a cowboy hat.
The nose is toasted oak, vanilla, leather and burnt sugar. On the palate come warm caramel, dried cherries, cracked pepper and honeyed grain, and the finish carries baking spice, tobacco and oak char.
