Bird Dog Gingerbread is a flavoured whiskey made from Kentucky whiskey combined with sweet gingerbread cookie flavours. It is bottled at 35% ABV and sits within the Bird Dog range of flavoured whiskeys, as its newest member.
The colour is a golden-reddish amber. The nose is pleasantly sweet with a mild bourbon undertone. On the palate come ginger, cinnamon and other spices, followed by vanilla and oak. The finish is light and warm.
