Bitter Analcolico (70cl)

Monin Bitter Analcolico is a non-alcoholic bitter with an elegant, well-balanced bitterness. The nose has citrus notes, light aromatic herbs, peel and a touch of bitterness. On the palate it is clean, of medium persistence, with a pleasant bitterness that gives structure and character without being intrusive. It is a versatile ingredient for aperitifs and mocktails, such as non-alcoholic spritzes, long drinks with tonic or sparkling water, and non-alcoholic wines. A few drops can correct and enrich a cocktail, or add tension to a savoury starter. It pairs with snacks, citrus-based dishes and fried or smoked foods.
