Bivrost Nidavellir Arctic Single Malt Second Release (50cl, 75%)

Nidavellir is the second release in Bivrost's collectible series based on the nine worlds of Norse mythology. It comes from the Aurora Spirit distillery in Norway, far inside the Arctic Circle, where the whisky matures in the underground tunnels of a disused NATO Cold War base. The spirit was triple distilled from pilsner malt in a copper pot and column still. It spent 32 months in ex-Heaven Hill bourbon casks, then was finished for five to six months in ex-Islay whisky casks that had first held New Zealand Pinot Noir for 12 months. The release totals 2,496 bottles, in 50cl.
