Bivrost Nidavellir Arctic Single Malt Second Release (50cl, 75%)

Nidavellir is a single malt from Bivrost, the brand for spirits from the Aurora Spirit distillery in Arctic Norway, in a 50cl bottle. It is the second release in a collectible series based on the nine worlds of Norse mythology, and 2,496 bottles were made. The spirit was aged for 32 months in ex-Heaven Hill bourbon casks, then finished for 5 to 6 months in ex-Islay whisky casks that had earlier held Pinot Noir at a New Zealand winery. It was triple distilled in a copper pot and column still from pilsner malt and nordic barley, using water from the distillery's local spring.
