Bivrost Seidr is an Arctic single malt from Norway, bottled at 48% in a 50cl bottle. 3000 bottles were released worldwide.
The whisky was first matured in first-fill bourbon casks and then finished in Brazilian Amburana wood, which brings honey, cinnamon and aromatic spice to the fruity character of the Bivrost spirit.
The nose offers honey and vanilla, tropical fruit, warm cinnamon and aromatic wood, with a little almond and dried herb. The palate is rounded and gently sweet, and the finish is long and warming, with cinnamon and sweet spice.
