- Refill ex-bourbon
An unpeated single cask whisky from the 2017 Man O'Words release, taken from cask 340.
It was matured in a refill ex-bourbon cask that had previously been seasoned with Scotch whisky. The seasoned oak has a mellow influence, which lets the character of the spirit come through.
Creamy vanilla and orchard fruits are described, with a warm, buttery finish that lingers.
