- STR barrel
An unpeated single cask whisky from the 2017 Man O'Words release, taken from cask 318.
It was matured in an STR cask, the style of barrel developed by Dr Jim Swan, which adds warm spices, ripe fruits and a velvety sweetness.
The palate is oily, with vanilla, wood spice, raisins and orchard fruits, and the finish is long.
