Black Bottle Blended Scotch Whisky (75cl)

Black Bottle is a blended Scotch whisky, relaunched in 2013 by its owners Burn Stewart. The relaunch returned the brand to its 1879 roots, including the black glass that gave the blend its name. With less of a focus on Islay, it is less peaty than before, and the smoky flavours are balanced by more fruitiness. The colour is bright gold. The flavour is described as full and balanced, with fruit, honey, spice, smoke and light peaty notes, leading to a warming, long finish.
