Black Bull 12 Year Old is a blended Scotch whisky from Duncan Taylor, made from malt and grain whisky in equal parts. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 50% ABV.
Both parts spend at least twelve years in ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks before Duncan Taylor marries them. The whisky is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
Chocolate, toffee, sherry, vanilla and lemonade make up the nose. The palate brings milk chocolate, dark toffee, pears, green apples and vanilla, and the finish leaves stronger fruit with creamy touches.
