Black Bull 30 Year Old Nick Faldo Edition (70cl)

This is a 30 year old blended Scotch whisky from Black Bull, made in collaboration with the golfer Sir Nick Faldo and released as a limited edition to celebrate the 'Tale of Two Legends'. It comes in a 70cl bottle. The age honours Faldo's thirty wins on the European tour and marks thirty years since his third Open title at Muirfield in 1992, the year the youngest spirit in the blend began maturing. Its colour is antique gold. The nose is rich fruit cake topped with almonds, with scented hints of rose. The palate is balanced, with warming Christmas spices and a mix of citrus fruits. Dried fruits lead the finish over a subtle spicy background.
