Black Bull Kyloe Peated Finish is a blended Scotch whisky, made from carefully chosen malt and grain whiskies and bottled at 50% in a 70cl bottle.
The blend is given a final maturation in peated casks. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring. Kyloe is named after a hardy breed of Highland cattle.
The nose offers dry smoke, a light saltiness, dark malt, green apple and a hint of brown sugar. On the palate come earthy peat, salted roasted almonds and citrus fruit over a creamy sweetness. The finish is long and warm, with sweet-salty baked apple, cinnamon, clove and smoke.
