Blackland Bourbon is a Texas bourbon made grain to glass at Blackland Distillery, in a 750ml bottle. It is a blend of 90% four-year-old craft bourbon and 10% younger bourbon.
The mash combines corn, barley and a wheat-forward element. It is described as having hints of vanilla and creaminess, with the finish of a classic bourbon.
