Blackletter Straight Bourbon Finished on Cabernet Oak Barrel Staves

Blackletter Straight Bourbon is an American bourbon given a final finishing on Cabernet barrel staves. The finish adds depth of flavour and richness, along with dark amber and deep caramel colour. On the nose it shows butter, pecan, honeydew and orange peel. The palate brings gingerbread, molasses and toasted almonds. The finish is well integrated and seamless.
