A vintage dry gin from the Shetland Islands, north of Scotland, distilled in small quantities from wild botanicals including chamomile, lemon and angelica gathered at peak freshness in summer.
It has a balsamic, fresh nose with citrus and a subtle meadow-flower note. The palate is dry yet soft, with a balanced mix of spice and a lingering interplay of herbal and floral notes. It can be served over ice or used in cocktails.
