A gin from the Shetland Islands, distilled in 2017 using locally gathered botanicals including wild juniper, chamomile, marigold and coriander.
It is produced in limited quantities and bottled at 60% ABV. On the palate it is robust and aromatic, with wild herbs and field flowers mixing with fresh citrus accents, and a long, clean finish with a light, pungent spiciness.
It suits a classic gin and tonic with lemon or lime, or more complex, structured cocktails.
