Bladnoch – Vinaya (70cl, 47%)

Bladnoch Vinaya is a single malt Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 47% ABV. It is matured in a combination of first-fill bourbon and first-fill sherry casks. The name is a Sanskrit word meaning respect and gratitude, chosen as a tribute to the distillery's original founders as Bladnoch begins a new era of production and innovation. The whisky is associated with notes of fresh apple, sweet floral grass and hints of chocolate. The palate shows fresh green apples and chocolate with a touch of pepper.
