Blanquette de Limoux Le Moulin Brut is a sparkling wine from Domaine J. Laurens in the Limoux region. It is made mainly from Mauzac grapes grown on the cool hills of south-west France. It has delicate, persistent effervescence. On the nose there are green apple, citrus and a touch of brioche.
