Crémant de Limoux Clos des Demoiselles Brut from Domaine J.Laurens is made in the Languedoc region of France using the traditional method of second fermentation in bottle.
It is made mainly from Mauzac, with Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc. The nose offers white flowers, citrus, white-fleshed fruit, almond and fresh bread. On the palate, lively acidity is balanced by an appealing creaminess, with fine persistent bubbles.
It is suited to aperitifs, fish, seafood or delicate chicken dishes, and to toasts on special occasions.
