Blanton's – Single Barrel Bourbon 15th Anniversary 2021 Singapore Exclusive (70cl, 56%)

This is Blanton's Single Barrel bourbon, bottled at 56% ABV in a 70cl bottle for the 15th anniversary of LMDW Singapore. The barrel, number 331, was handpicked by the company's Singapore team from Warehouse H and dumped on 26 August 2021. Blanton's was the first bourbon released as a single barrel bottling, in 1984. The nose is fragrant, with cereal notes, warm spices, candied fruit, citrus and floral tones. Vanilla leads the palate alongside honey, caramel and corn, turning softer with burnt sugar, cloves and cinnamon. The finish is long, with oak, warm honey and spices.
