A 25 year old blended malt from a sherry oak cask, distilled in 2000 and bottled in 2025 for the C. Dully Selection at 51.2%. It is a teaspooned Macallan, which is why it carries a blended malt label.
It was bottled at natural cask strength, unfiltered and without added colour, and the outturn is 200 bottles.
Dark sherry leads on the nose, with raisins, figs, dried fruit, dark chocolate and candied orange peel. The palate brings dried cherries, dates, cinnamon and nutmeg, and the finish is long and warm, with cocoa, ripe oak and a little pipe tobacco.
